TDB Supports Indigenous Load Sensor Technology

- On 30 June 2026, Technology Development Board (under DST) provided financial assistance to Puretronics India Private Limited for commercialising the Load Magnetic Overload (LMO) Sensor.
- LMO is India’s first fully contactless programmable load measurement system using magnetic sensors and digital processing instead of traditional strain gauges.
- Designed for integration with PLC, SCADA, and IoT systems in elevators, cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment.
- Aims to improve safety, reduce maintenance, and boost globally competitive industrial technologies.
