Madhya Pradesh creates world record of planting over 11 lakh saplings in one day

- Madhya Pradesh set a new Guinness World Record on July 14 by planting over 11 lakh saplings in a single day as part of the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign.
- The record-breaking tree plantation event took place in Indore, India's cleanest city, and aims to contribute to the larger goal of planting approximately 140 crore trees across the country, with 5.5 crore in Madhya Pradesh alone.
- Various participants, including BSF jawans, NRIs, NCC cadets, and local citizens, took part in this significant environmental initiative.
