Shyam Saran appointed as President of prestigious 'India International Centre'

  • Shyam Saran, a former Foreign Secretary and Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for Nuclear Affairs and Climate Change has taken over as the President of the prestigious India International Centre.
  • He succeeds N N Vohra and will take charge on June 23.
  • Saran has also served as Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Nuclear Affairs and Climate Change
  • His first book “How India Sees the World” was published in 2017. He has recently published his second book “How China Sees India and the World”.
  • India International Centre is located in Delhi.
