BHAVYA Scheme and Portal Launched
  • Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal launched the BHAVYA Portal in New Delhi to implement the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana (BHAVYA), a flagship scheme aimed at developing 100 world-class industrial parks across India over six years with a ₹33,660 crore outlay. The initiative focuses on creating integrated industrial ecosystems with modern infrastructure, multimodal connectivity, digital governance, and sustainable features to accelerate manufacturing growth, attract investments, and generate employment.
  • The portal serves as a single digital interface for submitting Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), evaluation, real-time monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. States will compete through a transparent challenge-based model, with the first batch of 20 parks selected from proposals received between June 1 and July 31, 2026.
