Veteran journalist and cultural figure Ram Bahadur Rai received the Padma Bhushan award from the Ministry of Home Affairs for his contribution to literature and education. Rai is the President of IGNCA Trust and Chancellor of SGT University, besides being associated with many educational and cultural institutions.
