BRICS Network University (BRICS NU) Meeting

- India hosted the International Governing Board meeting of BRICS Network University virtually on 21 July 2026 during its BRICS Presidency.
- Reviewed Action Plan 2025–2028, discussed new website, and institutional cooperation.
- Proposed Traditional and Indigenous Knowledge Systems as a new thematic group.
- BRICS NU expanded with new members (Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, UAE, Indonesia) and themes including Health Sciences and Sustainable Agriculture.
- Related events include BRICS Postgraduate Forum and Rectors’ Forum.
