Whole-Time Member Jayanti Prasad given additional charge as IBBI Chairperson from 13 September 2026.
Succeeds Ravi Mital who retired earlier in September.
Charge continues till 20 November 2026 (end of his tenure) or till new Chairperson joins.
IBBI regulates insolvency professionals, agencies and information utilities under IBC 2016.
Ensures continuity in the insolvency resolution ecosystem.
