Gujarat’s e-Zero FIR System

Launched 27 July 2026 by Dy CM Harsh Sanghavi in Gandhinagar.
Enables cyber financial fraud victims to file FIR without visiting the police station.
Complaint via 1930 helpline auto-generates e-Zero FIR, sent electronically to local police.
Police contact the complainant, complete formalities and start investigation immediately.
Developed with Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C).
Goals: faster response, better recovery chances, tech-based policing and simplified citizen services.
