Noel Tata appointed to Tata Sons board at 107th AGM:

At the 107th Annual General Meeting of Tata Sons Pvt Ltd, shareholders approved the appointment of Noel Tata and three others as directors on the company’s board. Noel Tata, who became chairman of Tata Trusts in October 2024, had been nominated by the Trusts and appointed as an additional director earlier, and has now received full shareholder approval. The AGM also saw the reappointment of Venu Srinivasan and Saurabh Agrawal, along with the appointment of Anita Marangoly George, cofounder and CEO of Prosperete, an emerging-markets growth fund, as an independent director.
