India retains eighth position in global agriculture exports in 2023

India was the eighth-largest exporter of agricultural products in 2023, with exports decreasing from $55 billion in 2022 to $51 billion.
Among the top ten agricultural exporting nations, only Brazil, the European Union, and Thailand experienced growth in exports, with Brazil's exports increasing by 6% to $157 billion, the EU's by 5% to $836 billion, and Thailand's by 0.2%.
