India Climbs to 15th Position in Global FDI Rankings for 2024 Despite Slight Dip in Inflows:

According to UNCTAD’s 2025 World Investment Report, India has moved up one position to rank 15th globally in foreign direct investment (FDI) destinations. Although FDI inflows fell marginally from $28.1 billion in 2023 to $27.6 billion in 2024, there was strong growth in greenfield project announcements, indicating robust investor interest.
