Held on 13-14 July 2026 in New Delhi under the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
Chaired by Union Minister C.R. Patil with participation of ~200 officials from States/UTs.
Discussed eight priority areas including water conservation, dam safety, irrigation reforms, groundwater management and Catch the Rain 2026.
Three documents released: City-level Action Plan for Varanasi treated water reuse, O&M Manual for recharge structures.
Target: Comprehensive Dam Safety Evaluation for all specified dams by Dec 2026.
