NABARD Launches Gramodyam Programme

NABARD launched Gramodyam, a rural entrepreneurship development programme, on 13 July 2026 on its 45th Foundation Day.
The three-year pilot targets around 4,000 rural entrepreneurs across all States and Union Territories using a digital-first hybrid model.
It is a collaboration between NABARD and the National Skill Development Corporation (under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship).
The Institute for Industrial Development handles execution.
Participants receive psychometric assessments, counselling, entrepreneurship training, industry-specific skills, mentoring, and enterprise setup support.
The initiative aligns with Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat 2047 goals.
