Sun Pharma Elevates Kirti Ganorkar to Managing Director Following Shareholder Approval Process:

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has announced the appointment of Kirti Ganorkar as its new Managing Director, effective September 1, 2025, following approval from its shareholders at the AGM scheduled for July 31. Dilip Shanghvi, the current MD, will remain actively involved as Executive Director and Board Chair. Ganorkar will serve a five-year term to lead India's largest pharmaceutical company.
