4th Indo-German Environmental Forum

Union Minister Bhupender Yadav and German Minister Carsten Schneider will co-chair the 4th Indo-German Environmental Forum on 1 September 2026 in New Delhi.
Theme: ‘Together For More Resilience’.
Highest-level bilateral forum on environment since 2008, organised by MoEFCC and BMUKN with industry partners.
Focus areas: Low-Carbon Industries, Biodiversity, Resource Efficiency & Circular Economy, Sustainable Finance and Green Skills.
Joint Working Groups on Climate Change, Biodiversity and Circular Economy met earlier.
Aims to deepen cooperation in sustainable technologies and green economy.
